Professor ZHOU Huifang has been in the clinic for more than 30 years. According to her clinical experience for many years,she identified the pathogenesis of dysmenorrhea,and considered that the main pathogenesis of dysmenorrhea was kidney deficiency and yang,liver stagnation and blood stasis. In the treatment,she emphasized the treatment of the root causes at ordinary times,and the specimens were simultaneously treated when the disease occurred. Tonifying the kidney and regulating the liver is the basic treatment principle,especially before the meridian to assist yang,so that the kidney yang is filled and prosperous,the liver is sparse,the blood stasis is changed,the pain is alleviated,and the psychological guidance is paid attention to while the medicine is being treated. The decoction of tonifying kidney and helping yang was prepared and treated at both the symptoms and the symptoms,and the method of tonifying the kidney and regulating the week ran through the addition and subtraction of syndromes. |
