Abstract
|
[Objective] The main active ingredients and potential targets of Maydis Seigma for diabetes mellitus were explored by network pharmacology,and the intervention mechanism of Maydis Seigma for diabetes mellitus was discussed. [Methods] TCMSP was used to screen the target of active ingredients. The target of diabetes mellitus was screened by HPO and CTD. STRING was used to construct the herb-disease target network of Maydis Seigma in intervention in diabetes mellitus. [Results] The 12 active ingredients and 92 key targets were obtained which 8 targets were involved in diabetes mellitus. The prediction was mainly related to AKT1,INSR,PRKACA,and involved in insulin signaling pathway and AMPK signaling pathway. [Conclusion] Maydis Seigma participates in Insulin signaling pathway or AMPK signaling pathway by regulating AKT1 and INSR proteins. The related targets and pathways were consistent with the existing literatures,which can provide reference for the further development of its medicinal and edible properties. |
