Abstract
|
[Objective] The study of powder homogenization for Fructus Psoraleae. [Methods] Psoralenoside,isopsoralenoside,psoralen and isopsoralen as index components,we used various medicinal sieves to prepare Fructus Psoraleae powder with different sizes,and studied the distribution of powder and its influence on the index components. The optimum pulverization process was determined by orthogonal experimental design based on the pulverization time,the number of pulverization times and the inventory of Fructus Psoraleae. [Results] For the raw Fructus Psoraleae,the inventory of Fructus Psoraleae accounted for 1/4 the volume of pulverizer,the single pulverizing time was 30 s,the powder was pulverized 3 times and sieved through 50 meshes. For salt-processed Fructus Psoraleae,the inventory of Fructus Psoraleae accounted for 1/3 the volume of pulverizer,the single pulverizing time was 30 s,the powder was pulverized 2 times and sieved through 50 meshes. [Conclusion] Through the test verification,the best grinding technology of Fructus Psoraleae was determined,which provided a reference for the development of technical specifications for the standardization of Fructus Psoraleae. |
