Abstract
|
Although medication in western medicine treatment can control the onset of coronary heart disease (CHD),sometimes it cannot delay the development of the disease. There may be many risks in the perioperative period of non-drug treatment, and it may relapse. Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment has the problem that syndrome type is not unified, and it is difficult to treat CHD fundamentally after the syndrome disappears. Based on the theories of "interactive body constituent and diseases" and "controllable body constituents",Professor NI Cheng proposed the opinion that the body constituents of blood stasis and phlegm-dampness and qi deficiency constitution are the pathological foundation, and the pathological mechanism was that the stasis obstructs yin link channel. So removing the stasis and phlegm wet, benefiting qi and coordinating yin link channel are the principal therapies for CHD. Professor NI formulated Tongwei Zhitong Decoction for the disease, which has shown favorable efficacy. |
