Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the risk factors of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) blood stasis constitution and to offer some evidences for health management.[Methods] The healthy people 16 years or older were selected from medical examination center using the convenience sampling method to conduct a cross-sectional investigation,a written informed consent was obtained from each participant. The standard constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire (CCMQ) was adopted to determine the scores of blood stasis constitution. The subjects were divided into high group and low group according to the mean score of blood stasis. The binary logistic regression analysis was used to explore the risk factors of blood stasis constitution in total sample and different gender groups.[Results] The 2 010 samples were included in the analysis. The results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that, the risk factors of blood stasis constitution in the total sample were seven factors:female[OR=3.724,95%CI(2.777,4.992)],business trips[OR=2.073,95%CI(1.317,3.264)],staying up too late[OR=1.575,95%CI(1.276,1.945)],chronic illness[OR=1.436,95%CI(1.180,1.750)],drinking[OR=1.433,95%CI(1.101,1.867)],use computers[OR=1.312,95%CI(1.041,1.652)],education[OR=1.262,95%CI(1.060,1.502)];one factor in the male:business trips[OR=2.307,95%CI(1.309,4.068)];while the risk factors in female were five factors:staying up too late[OR=1.781,95%CI(1.378,2.302)],use computers[OR=1.539,95%CI(1.169,2.027)],chronic diseases[OR=1.527,95%CI(1.207,1.933)],drink[OR=1.519,95%CI(1.063,2.170)],education[OR=1.249,95%CI(1.016,1.534)].[Conclusion] The main risk factors of blood stasis constitution include female, business trips, staying up too late, chronic illness, drink, use computers, the degree of higher education. The risk factors between male and female groups have some different characteristics. It should be carry out targeted physical intervention according to different gender in the future. |
