Abstract
[Objective] Through the collation of related literatures,to study the current status of the modeling methods of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) and precancerous lesions (PLGC) in rats, and to provide useful guidance for further improving the animal model of this disease.[Methods] A comprehensive search of CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Database Self-built Library to July 31,2018 on experimental study of chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions in rats, including relevant literature for analysis.[Results] A total of 140 literatures were included, including 153 modeling methods. The modeling method is mostly used in compound factor modeling, and MNNG is the main modeling drug. In the aspect of modeling cycle, the average period of single factor and compound factor modeling was not statistically different.[Conclusion] The establishment of CAG model has the characteristics of longer period and higher mortality, and the establishment of stable and ideal experimental animal model still needs to be further explored.
