| [Objective] To verify the efficacy and safety of nephritis rehabilition tablets and Benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.[Method] The 90 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into study group and control group. Patients in the study group received nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with Benazepril. The control group received only Benazepril. The treatment time of the two groups was 6 months. At the same time of treatment,routine treatment was performed on both groups of patients,including:control of blood sugar,prevention of infection,diet control,and appropriate exercise. Serum creatinine (SCr) levels,urinary microalbumin and urinary creatinine levels were detected before treatment,3 months of treatment,and 6 months of treatment,urinary microalbumin/creatinine ratio (ACR) and glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) were calculated.[Results] After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,ACR,SCr and eGFR in the study group were statistically different (P<0.05). After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the study group also had statistically significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusions] Nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with Benazepril for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can effectively alleviate the disease progression of diabetic nephropathy patients,which is worthy of clinical practice. |
