The control group took the antihypertensive drug Valsartan 80 mg everyday orally, and the treatment group took a bag of Ningmai Anshen Granules once in the morning and the evening for a total of 8 weeks beside Valsartan. Blood pressure monitoring and HAMA scores were performed before and after the treatment in both groups, and hs-CRP and TNF-α were detected. The differences between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.[Results] After 8 weeks of treatment, the blood pressure drop in the treatment group was batter than that in the control group (P<0.05). HAMA scores improvement in the treatment group were better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Hs-CRP and TNF-α in the treatment group were batter than that in the control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Ningmai Anshen Granules can improve the curative effects and anxiety symptoms of female menopausal hypertension patients with anxiety state, which has certain advantages over western medicine alone. |
