Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the difference of thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb), thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb) and 25(OH)D3 levels in different constitutional groups of young women with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) during pregnancy preparation, and to explore the correlation between physical factors,25(OH)D3 and thyroid autoantibody.[Method] The 160 young women with Hashimoto's thyroiditis who had positive thyroid autoantibodies and normal thyroid function during pregnancy were selected to screen out Qiyu constitution group and pinghe constitution group. Their serum levels of FT3,FT4,TSH,TPOAb,TGAb and 25(OH)D3 were detected.[Results] There was no significant difference in FT3,FT4 and TSH levels between the two groups (P>0.05). The levels of thyroid autoantibodies (TPOAb,TGAb) in Qiyu constitution group were significantly higher than those in Pinghe constitution group, and 25(OH)D3 levels were lower than those in Pinghe constitution group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).[Conclusion] HT patients had a 25(OH)D3 deficiency, especially in Qiyu constitution group. The level of thyroid autoantibodies in Qiyu constitution group is significantly higher than that in Pinghe constitution group. It shows that the level of constitutional factors and 25(OH)D3 is related to the immune damage of Hashimoto thyroiditis. |
