| Professor LIU Wanli advocates that the diagnosis and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease should pay attention to the combination of Chinese and Western medicine thinking. On the basis of a clear diagnosis,it is necessary to adopt a staged therapy for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. In the attack period,it is a therapeutic target to quickly heal inflammation and relieve symptoms. At this stage,it is mainly based on Western medicine and supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine. The remission period is mainly to consolidate the curative effect and reduce the recurrence,mainly based on traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. For refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease,professor LIU Wanli emphasized the importance of optimizing treatment programs,finding the entry point of Chinese medicine intervention for gastroesophageal reflux disease. It gives full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,such as "treating the disease and seeking the basics" and "differentiation and treatment",which can improve the clinical efficacy of gastroesophageal reflux disease and significantly reduce the recurrence rate. |
