| Abstract

| This paper aims to illustrate the advantages of single-cell sequencing technology and promote the application of single-cell sequencing technology in physical research. By introducing single cell sequencing and its research advantages and influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) constitution,the application progress of single cell sequencing method and the application direction of single cell sequencing in TCM constitutional research are discussed. The single-cell sequencing method is used to study the key scientific problems of TCM constitution such as "body-related diseases" or the basic principles of TCM physique,which expands the research ideas and methods of TCM physique,and provides new support for exploring the modern research of TCM physique theory. Accelerating the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern life science and technology is conducive to the development of TCM constitution research. |
