Abstract
|
Uroschesis is a condition in which the amount of urine is small, dysuria is difficult, and even urinary occlusion is the main symptom. Professor WANG Yaoguang believes that uroschesis is mainly caused by unfavourable Sanjiao gasification, abnormal kidney and bladder gasification, and disorder of water metabolism, and he treats uroschesis by using the theory of Sanjiao in the clinical. He divides uroschesis into upper-uroschesis,middle-uroschesis and lower-uroschesis,and treat uroschesis using theory of syndrome differentiation. The upper-uroschesis includes lung hyperthermia syndrome and uroschesis caused by brain injury syndrome. The middle-uroschesis includes spleen qi deficiency syndrome and liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome and uroschesis caused by spinal cord injury syndrome. The lower-uroschesis includes bladder damp-heat syndrome, kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. He points out that the fundamental therapy of uroschesis is to dredge Sanjiao, and treats dysuria through acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine, and the clinical efficacy of the treatment is significant. |
