| [Objective] To evaluate the influence of Shensong Yangxin Capsules on the left atrial function of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation by the technology of two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging and observe the clinical effects.[Methods] Sixty patients in our hospital with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,type of deficiency of both qi and yin,were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The patients of the control group were treated by amiodarone and the observation group by Shensong Yangxin Capsule and amiodarone. The treatment course is 3 months. The changes of left atrial function were detected by the technology of two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging and the clinical effects were observed.[Results] Compared with before treatment,the left atrial total long-axis strain (GLS),left ventricular wall systolic mean peak strain rate (mSRs),early diastolic mean peak strain rate (mSRe),late diastolic The average peak strain rate (mSRa) were significantly increased after treatment (P<0.05). GLS,mSRs,mSRe and mSRa were increased significantly in the observation group after treatment compared with those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the integral symptom scores and the obvious effects in the observation group have a statistically significance with in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Shensong Yangxin Capsules can contribute to improving left atrial reservoir function,pump function and conduit function of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,and improve symptoms,increase the marked effective rate and have an excellent clinical effect. |
