| The heart palpitation caused by premature ventricular beats are very common in the clinic and Professor YAO Kuiwu treat it as Xinji according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Professor YAO Kuiwu believes that heart palpitation caused by premature ventricular beats are related to xinyang loss,loss of heart and soul,and lack of spirit. Its position is in the heart,and not only in the heart. The treatment is based on the balance of yin and yang,relief of the nerves. It is important to relieve the nerves and emphasize the regulation of the zongqi,yangqi and spirit. The prescription of the drug is to vigorously nourish the yin and the blood,to warm heart pulse and to calm the nerves. Based on years of clinical experience,Zhigancao Decoction and Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction are combined in a Yangyin Dingji Decoction. The decoction changes according to the disease conditon. |
