Abstract
|
Endocrine therapy for breast cancer is a common clinical treatment for hormone receptor positive in breast cancer. Patients taking endocrine therapy may have climacteric syndrome,osteoporosis,joint pain,endometrial thickening,abnormal liver function,and adverse reactions of lipid metabolism disorder. Currently there is no safe and effective treatment method for western medicine. Based on the theory of Sanjiao in TCM,the therapy of upper-jiao should supplement the heart and lung,and make the coordinate ying and wei,the therapy of middle-jiao should disperse liver qi and strengthen spleen,regulate the stomach and discharge stagnation,the therapy of lower-jiao should promote blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals,harmonize chong and ren. All the therapies aim to alleviate the toxic side effects of endocrine. |
