| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the efficacy of Wumei Pill combined with Sijunzi Decoction in the treatment of radiation enteritis,in order to provide effective treatment for clinical treatment of radiation enteritis.[Methods] The 60 cases of radioactive proctitis (spleen and stomach qi deficiency type) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given Montmorillonite powder orally;the treatment group was given Wumei Pill combined with Sijunzi Decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical symptoms,RTOG/EORTC classification and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) Syndrome Scale score were observed in the two groups,quality of life (KPS) and so on.[Results] First,the score of TCM symptom scale,the comparison of the two groups in the two groups was compared,the quality of life of the two groups,the total remission rate of the treatment group. There was no adverse reaction in the two groups after taking medicine.[Conclusion] Wumei Pill combined with Sijunzi Decoction is effective in the treatment of radiation enteritis (spleen stomach qi deficiency). It is worthy of clinical application and research. |
