Abstract

To investigate 61 classical prescriptions (56 original prescriptions,5 Changing Prescriptions) and 126 related clauses in the classical prescriptions of Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases. Through the analysis of the dosage,proportion,compatibility and the main symptoms of the disease,it is concluded that the peony in the classical prescription is paeonia lactiflora; paeonia lactiflora is not a blood tonic,and its effect of tonifying yin and blood is realized through compatibility;the "points" in the classical prescription are the units of measurement;the common dosage of paeonia lactiflora in pill,powder and decoction;the main symptoms of paeonia lactiflora in classical prescriptions include acute clonus of limbs contracture,abdominal pain,dysphoria and adverse urination. Compatible with different drugs,the action site and symptoms change accordingly. It is commonly compatible with cassia twig,aconitum carmichaeli,glycyrrhiza,bupleurum,scutellaria baicalensis,fructus aurantii,angelica sinensis,poria cocos and so on. |
