| Abstract

| Based on the analysis of the five elements of middle earth,the relationship between liver blood,mind,lung qi,kidney essence,four zang,blood qi essence and spirit and emotion is discussed in combination with the medical case theory and the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine. It is believed that the five elements of middle earth can explain the occurrence and development of emotions,which directly correlates with the essence and qi mechanism of the heart and liver,and indirectly correlates with the lung and kidney,while the spleen and stomach are the basis of the spiritual metaplasia of blood gas. Its effects include two aspects:one is the spirit of metaplasia and blood qi as the basis of emotional occurrence;the other is the occurrence mode of spleen and stomach qi machine rising and falling as normal emotion. Emotional disease will cause spleen and stomach dysfunction and further aggravate the disease,it is the key to prevent and cure emotional illness to grasp the middle earth metaplasia qi blood as the hub of qi activity. |
