Abstract
|
By analyzing the treatment of typical cases,we believe that adhesive intestinal obstruction that occurs long after surgery belongs to the "intestinal knot" in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). The lesion is in the intestine and abdomen, and healthy qi deficiency is the main path, but the treatment is complicated and individual. The pathogenesis of the disease should be analyzed. We treat it with the method of warming spleen and stomach for lowering adverse qi and resolving masses with pungent and warm-natured drug. This case had achieved good results through setting priorities and treating from branch and root. This method can be used in later clinical practice. |
