| This paper summarizes the dialectical thought,clinical application and characteristics of Professor LI Saimei in the treatment of paediatric diabetes mellitus with classical prescription. Professor LI believes that the application of classical prescription should be based on the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,specifically focus on the differentiation of symptoms and signs of six meridians and eight principles,pay attention to the physiological characteristics such as delicate viscera and reaction to qingling in syndrome differentiation,adopt the corresponding way of prescription and syndrome,and pay attention to the adjustment of drug taste and quantity when taking medicine. Clinical treatment is characterized by calm medicine,avoiding great heat and cold,with the volume determined. Among them,the way of spleen transport and spleen regulation is the main point,and soothing the liver should be concerned. |
