Abstract
[Objective] To evaluate the clinical safety of Chinese medicine injections in adjuvant treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children by Meta-analysis.[Methods] Literature was searched from CNKI,WANFANG Database,CBM,Cochrane Library,PubMed from the beginning of the database building to September 2018. Two researchers screened literature, extracted data and assessed the methodological quality of included studies independently. Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.2 software. At the same time, the adverse reaction of different reaction types and different interventions were analyzed by subgroup analysis.[Results] The 81 RCTs were included, involving 7 772 patients. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the incidence of adverse reaction in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group[OR=0.40 (0.32,0.50)],and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Three most frequent types of adverse reaction symptoms reported were digestive system, the injection site, and skin and mucosa, with an incidence of[OR=0.41 (0.33,0.51)],[OR=0.86 (0.53,1.39)],and[OR=0.53 (0.33,0.86)]. In the digestive system as the main types of adverse reaction, the incidence of adverse reaction in the groups of Tanreqing injection,Huangqi injection and Shuanghuanglian injection was statistically significant (P<0.05),while that in the other subgroups was not statistically significant.[Conclusion] In the clinical treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children,it is necessary to take corresponding safety measures in advance to ensure safety.
