| [Objective] To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine application combined with acupoint massage on the recovery of intestinal function in patients undergoing endoscopic resection of intestinal polyps.[Methods] The 80 patients who received endoscopic resection of intestinal polyps in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were divided into control group and research group according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given traditional Chinese medicine application and acupoint massage on the basis of routine nursing. The recovery of intestinal function was compared between the two groups,including bowel sounds recovery time,anal exhaust time,first defecation time,hospitalization time,psychological status score,postoperative complications,nursing satisfaction.[Results] The recovery time of intestinal function and hospitalization time in the research group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (7.5% VS 25.0%,P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group (95.0% VS 72.5%,P<0.05).[Conclusion] Traditional Chinese medicine application combined with acupoint massage can promote the recovery of intestinal function,reduce postoperative complications,improve patient satisfaction,promote early recovery and discharge of patients with intestinal polyps,which is worthy of application in patients with intestinal polyps surgery. |
