Professor DAI Ning thought that the functional ejaculation was mainly caused by deficiency of the kidney and blood stasis,also caused by deficiency of yin,damp and heat and liver stagnation. According to those,he divided the functional ejaculation into five syndromes,which were kidney yang deficiency,blood-stasis resistance seminal duct,depression of the liver generates pathogenic fire,downward flow of damp-heat and hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency,and respectively treated those syndromes with Seminal Duct No.2,Paijing Decoction,Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder,Simiao Pills and Zhibo Dihuang Pills. Especially Seminal Duct No.2 and Paijing Decoction were the summaries of professor DAI's clinical experience over the years,the combination of the two prescriptions has a significant therapeutic effect on functional ejaculation caused by deficiency of the kidney and blood stasis. At the same time,Professor DAI also pays attention to the participation of acupuncture auxiliary therapy,advocates the combination of acupuncture and medicine for treatment,and attaches importance to the adjustment of diet,the use of music and sports therapy to regulate emotion. The series effect prescription has great guiding significance for the clinical. |
