Abstract
|
In this paper,Professor XU Xuying's experience in treating nodular vasculitis (NV) was introduced. The pathology of NV is deficiency-excess complex, which is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. Moreover, the pathomechanism is dificiency of qi and blood in origin, and dampness heat and blood-stasis in superficiality. To most patients, yang is often excessive, while yin is often insufficient. In addition, the location of NV should be lung, spleen and kidney. Strengthening body resistance to eliminate pathogens is the key point for treatment. Internal and external treatments are both taken when necessary. |
