Abstract
|
Xanthine oxidase is an important metabolic enzyme of purine, which can catalyze the transformation of hypoxanthine into xanthine, and then catalyze xanthine to produce uric acid. High levels of uric acid in the body can lead to hyperuricemia, which can lead to the onset of gout. Xanthine oxidase inhibitors can reduce the activity of XOD. At present, most western drugs such as allopurinol and febuxostat have great side effects. In this paper, the extraction of xanthine oxidase inhibitors from traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of hyperuricemia and gout were reviewed in detail. It provides useful reference for related research. |
