Abstract
|
Professor ZHANG Shengsheng believes that there are multiple contradictory points in the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis. The cold syndrome and the heat syndrome coexist, the qi deficiency and qi stagnation accompany. It needs to stanch bleeding but there is also blood stasis. It needs to prevent diarrhea but there is also intestinal excess syndrome. It needs to dispel phlegm but yin is damaged. Therefore, the treatment includes clearing heat and warming cold, regulating and strengthening qi,activating blood circulation and stanching bleeding, passing stools and preventing diarrhea, dispelling phlegm and nourishing yin,and achieved good clinical results. |
