| Valuable Prescriptions for Emergency intensively reflect the medical achievements in early Tang Dynasty and prior period,which embody distinctive clinical value. This book initiates the syndrome differentiation and treatment determination from the perspective of viscera,and all viscera list symptoms and prescriptions of excess and deficiency to show the principles of treatment. The contents of fu-organ excess heat in Valuable Prescriptions for Emergency outline the symptoms of related meridians and viscera as well as show the viscera differentiation and the nature of disease by pulse location and manifestation. The pathological characteristic of fu-organ excess heat in Valuable Prescriptions for Emergency is ill function of viscera or meridians and fu-organ caused by pathogenic heat. According to the features of fu-organ excess heat syndrome and the related herbal medicine theory in Supplement to Valuable Prescriptions,we analyse that the characteristics of prescriptions,according to the disease of different have different effects,including clear and nourishment,clear and purgation,clear and dispersion,clear and detoxification,and according to accompanied symptoms combined with herbs of soothe nerve,promote diuresis,promote qi circulation,cool blood and remove stasis. Its compatibility of prescriptions ideas not only can provide benefical solutions for the treatment of modern illness like insomnia,headache,mastitis,constipation,uroschesis and apatha,but also can provide basic formula and creative idea for new drug development. |
