Abstract
|
[Objective] Based on the perspective evidenced,evaluate the rule of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on mild cognitive impairment through quality evaluation of previous randomized controlled trials.[Methods] Using CBM,CNKI,VIP,WanFang,etc as retrieval source,and the retrieval time was from the start time of the database to June of 2018. Key words were "acupuncture","mild cognitive impairment" or "randomized". Thoroughly collected the randomized control clinical trials of acupuncture-moxibustion treating mild cognitive impairment,selected the trials in accordance with the inclusive criteria for analyzing. Cochrane 4.2.8 quality manual was adopted to perform quality evaluation. And summarize the rule of modern literature of acupuncture treatment of mild cognitive impairment.[Results] According to the search strategy and literature screening methods,there were 319 articles from formal academic journals. After reading the title,abstract,text,the literatures of 14 randomized control clinical trials were selected. The use of acupoint on the head and neck of Du meridian and five Shu point was most frequent. The most commomly-used points included Baihui,Fengchi and Shenting.[Conclusion] The use of acupoint on the head and neck of Du meridian and five Shu point was most frequent. But due to the evidence of the quality was low,the further high quality study was needed. |
