Abstract
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of acupuncturing foot motor sensory area combined with local surrounding electroacupuncture and conventional acupuncture, conventional acupuncture combined with foot motor sensory area in the treatment of post-stroke urinary incontinence.[Methods] The 90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2,with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given acupuncturing foot motor sensory area combined with the corresponding projection area of the bladder surface;the control group 1 refers to the treatment of "urinary incontinence" in the "13th Five-Year" planning textbooks Acupuncture Therapy of the National Higher Education Institute of Chinese Medicine;the control group 2 combined with acupuncturing foot motor sensory area on the basis of the control group 1. Daily morning neurology routine treatment, daily afternoon clinical treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke, each time was 30 min,6 consecutive treatments per week,6 times for 1 course of treatment,1 day rest between courses,a total of 2 courses. The levels of urinary incontinence, urinary incontinence clinical symptom score and activity of daily living ability (ADL) were observed before and after treatment in 3 groups.[Results] The levels of urinary incontinence, urinary incontinence clinical symptom score and activity of daily living ability (ADL) were all improved after treatment in the three groups (P<0.05). In the treatment group, the improvement of the degree of urinary incontinence and the clinical symptoms of urinary incontinence was more obvious than the other two groups (P<0.05). The scores of activities of daily living (ADL) in the treatment group and the control group 2 were significantly better than those in the control group 1 (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 93.3% (30/28) in the treatment group, which was superior to the treatment group 1 of 76.7% (30/23) and the treatment group 2 of 83.3% (30/25,P<0.05).[Conclusion] The effect of acupuncturing foot motor sensory area combined with local surrounding electroacupuncture on urinary incontinence after stroke is significant.
