| Abstract

| The 2019 novel coronavirus pneumonia belongs to "yibing" in traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical manifestations of the patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia are fever,fatigue and dry cough,while a few patients have symptoms such as nasal congestion,runny nose,and diarrhea. The disease is located in the lung and the pathogenesis is that the dampness resist in the lung. The key step in treatment is to remove the dampness and discharge the turbidity. Based on the principle of the comprehensive analysis of four examinations,the examination of the cause of the disease and identification according to the etiology,we classify the disease as four stages:early,middle,severe,recovery. The patients should be treated with different and personal prescription by syndrome differentiation. Those who are not infected need to be prevented early,while those who are already infected must be detected,isolated,diagnosed and treated early. |
