| Abstract

| The novel coronavirus pneumonia in traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the category of "cold dampness epidemic". Damp evil is the core of the pathogenesis,the lung is the disease center,and the prosperity and decline of the spleen and stomach are the key to disease progression. For the treatment and prevention of diseases,in the acute phase,wei qi regulate together,and should be disperse and clean;in the recovery period,the lung and spleen treat together,should be disperse qi with light medicinal. Pay attention to diet and regulate emotions;use antiviral,antibiotics,hormones,and fluid therapy with caution. |
