Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Jingu message of strengthening spleen and replenishing qi on spleen deficiency constipation in infants based on the theory of "pushing as the medicine".[Methods] From January 2017 to June 2018,the 86 infants with spleen deficiency constipation in the pediatric massage clinic of the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 43 cases in each group. Both groups of children were treated with basic treatments, such as correcting bad feeding habits, strengthening defecation training, and physical exercises for the abdominal. On this basis, the treatment group was treated with Jingu message of strengthening spleen and replenishing qi,while the control group was treated with ofmom treatment,7 days as a course of treatment, and was followed up after 3 months later. The clinical efficacy,Wexner constipation score, recurrence rate and adverse reactions of the two groups of children were observed.[Results] After 7 days of treatment, the total effective rate was 97.67% in the treatment group and 76.74% in the control group with statistically significant (P<0.05). The Wexner constipation scores were reduced in both groups, and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01). No adverse reactions occurred in either group. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).[Conclusions] The clinical effect of Jingu message of strengthening spleen and replenishing qi on infantile spleen deficiency constipation is significant, which can effectively alleviate the symptoms of spleen deficiency constipation and shorten the frequency of bowel movements, thereby improving intestinal dysmotility and reducing the recurrence rate. It is worthy of widespread application. |
