Abstract

It is known to us all that reatment based on syndrome differentiation is one of the major features in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). This paper is clarified that we should follow certain principles of syndrome differentiation in order to point out reasonable treatment, This paper is clarified the connotation of syndrome differentiation and its relationship with state identification, and that the characteristics of TCM syndrome are dynamic,stability,urgency,fuzziness,complication,concealment,holism and human nature. Therefore,syndrome differentiation should follow the principle of holism,dynamic,individuation,looking for the basic causes,combination of disease and syndrome to make a comprehensive,accurate and objective diagnosis and provide a reliable basis for the establishment of prescription. |
