Professor XUE Boshou’s experience guides the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with the method of sanjiao syndrome differentiation

Abstract
    Chinese medicine master Professor XUE Boshou worshiped Chinese medicine master PU Fuzhou as a tutor. He has his own thinking,not only inheriting PU Fuzhou's exogenous fever treatment experience,but also foucus on the circulation of qi and blood and the regulation of qi. Besides,XUE Boshou pays attention to the sanjiao dynamic equilibrium and the treatment based on different stages. Through learning from his teachers,professor WANG Yaoguang applied XUE Boshou's thinking based on syndrome differentiation to chronic kidney disease. In this paper,based on the syndrome differentiation of WU Jutong's sanjiao syndrome,combined with the experience of PU Fuzhou and XUE Boshou in the treatment of nephritis,the diabetic nephropathy was explained in detail from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and prescriptions,so as to explain XUE Boshou's experience in the treatment of warm diseases in internal medicine from this perspective.
