| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Ruanjian Pain Reliever Cream combined with WHO three-step analgesia in the treatment of cancer pain.[Methods] The 84 patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,42 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Ruanjian Pain Reliever Cream combined with WHO three-step analgesia, while the control group was treated with WHO three-step analgesia only.[Results] After treatment, the degree of pain in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of the number of outbreaks of pain per week, the total equivalent morphine consumption and the improvement of the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes (P<0.01).[Conclusion] Ruanjian Pain Reliever Cream can relieve the degree of cancer pain, reduce the frequency of outbreak pain, reduce the dosage of morphine drugs, and improve the clinical efficacy of patients. |
