Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with meridian tendon massage on alleviating spastic paralysis of upper limbs in the patients with ischemic stroke.[Methods] The 60 patients withspastic paralysis caused by ischemic stroke from January to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). On the basis of the control group, the observation group continued to use meridian tendon massage every day,six days as a course of treatment, rest one day. After eight courses, the degree of improvement of upper limb spasm between the two groups was compared. The control group adopted routine nursing care for sequelae of stroke, and the course of treatment was the same as that of the observation group.[Results] After clinical observation, the CSI score,Ashworth score,NIHSS score,MBI score and Fugl-Meyer score were compared before and after treatment between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05). There were significant differences in CSI score,Ashworth score,NIHSS score and MBI score between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in Fugl-Meyer score between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).[Conclusion] The application of acupuncture and meridian tendon massage can effectively improve the spasticity of upper limbs, reduce the muscle tension and improve the daily exercise ability of the ischemic stroke patients withspastic paralysis of upper limbs. |
