Abstract
|
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is a rare disease of the nervous system whose pathogenesis is still unclear. Its clinical manifestations include progressive aggravation of myasthenia,amyotrophy,and bulbar paralysis. Professor GU Xizhen treated the disease from the aspect of spleen and kidney,achieving some clinical efficacy in delaying the worsening of the disease and improving the quality of life. The paper summarizes Professor GU's clinical experience in the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis with evidence of a typical case. |
