Abstract
|
“Homotherapy for heteropathy” refers to different diseases with the same method of treatment because of the same pathogenesis in the development process. The theoretical basis of “homotherapy for heteropathy” lies in syndrome differentiation and treatment. “Chronic refractory wound” refers to wounds that have progressed slowly or have not yet healed after being treated for more than one month due to a variety of external or internal factors. “Chronic refractory wound” can occur during the course of various diseases including traumatic ulcers, diabetic ulcers, venous ulcers of the lower extremities, pressure ulcers, and also includes peptic ulcers, atherosclerotic plaque ulcers and so on,which are considered by Chinese medicine as complications of “ulcer”. Although the pathogenesis is complicated, the syndrome differentiation is always “qi deficiency and toxicity syndrome”. Therefore, this article takes “homotherapy for heteropathy” as the guide, systematically discusses the etiology, syndrome and treatment of “chronic refractory wound”,so as to provide important theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of “chronic refractory wound”. |
