Abstract
|
[Objective] The effect of Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction on vertebroplasty for osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture (OTCF) was systematically evaluated by meta-analysis method.[Methods] Take “Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction” as the first infusion of keywords,and “vertebroplasty” “osteoporosis” and “thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures” as secondary infusions. A comprehensive search of the randomized controlled research literature on the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction on the treatment effect of vertebroplasty in OTCF patients,the effectiveness of the treatment extracted from the literature,bone density,Oswestry dysfunction index,and treatment safety sex (new fracture rate) and other observation indicators were analyzed by Meta-analysis.[Results] A total of 13 literatures were included in the meta-analysis category. The total sample size of the literature was 1 037 cases. Analysis showed that compared with the control group, the treatment group can significantly improve the clinical efficiency[OR=4.63,95%CI[2.92,7.36],P<0.000 01],improved bone density[MD=0.08,95%CI[0.06,0.1],P<0.000 01],reduce ODI index[MD=-2.34,95%CI[-3.49,-1.19],P<0.000 01] and reduce the rate of new fractures[OR=0.08,95%CI[0.11,0.44],P<0.000 01].[Conclusions] Compared with vertebroplasty alone,Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction-assisted vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures can improve the bone mineral density,improve thoracolumbar vertebral dysfunction and reduce the incidence of new fractures after surgery,with a definite therapeutic effect. |
