| Abstract

| Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) belongs to the "pandemic" of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The main disease is located in the lung,the main pathogenesis is "wet and poison",the treatment method of Jiedu Huashi throughout. The main diagnostic method of COVID-19 is nucleic acid detection. The diagnosis method of COVID-19 consists of additional serological detection in Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (trial seventh edition). TCM has great advantages in the prevention of COVID-19,such as TCM prevention prescription,sachets,acupuncture,TCM qigong,food therapy,foot bath,fumigation,etc. In the treatment of COVID-19,the combination of Chinese and Western medicine showed obvious effects. Integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy is of great value in relieving early clinical symptoms and reducing the incidence of mild to severe and severe to critical diseases. However,due to absence of specific medication,incomplete understanding of COVID-19,therefore,this paper will discuss the understanding of diagnosis methods,treatment and prevention of COVID-19 from TCM combined with Western medicine perspective. |
