| Abstract

| Professor HUANG Wenzheng emphasized that it is important to diagnose and treat chronic uric acid nephropathy (CUAN),that based on different period and the incidental and fundamental aspects at the same time. In the incubation period,sending up clear qi,resolving turbid pathogenic factor and persuading the patients to change diet can postpone the progress of the CUAN. In the acute period,because the excessiveness of pathogenic factor is the main problem,dispelling wind and eliminating damp,dispelling cold and relieving pain,clearing heat and removing toxic substance,and promoting blood circulation to remove obstruction in the collateral are the main methods. In the relief period,it's the first choice that tonifying spleen and kidney,and reinforcing kidney and nourishing yuan qi to preventrecrudescence. In addition,when prolonged illness affecting the collateral,insect drug will be used to remove the phlegm and blood stasis,and remove obstruction in the collateral to relieve pain. |
