| FU Qingzhu's Gynecology was written by FU Shan,a doctor of the Qing Dynasty in China. It has distinct academic characteristics and is highly respected by later medical doctors,making great contributions to the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology. Chapter Fertility in this book with characteristics of treating infertility demonstrates grasping the main symptoms. The syndrome differentiation in it is detailed with rigorous principle and method,and medication is precise as well. Its fertility concept attaches great importance to zang-fu syndrome differentiation,emphasizes invigorating the spleen,soothing the liver,nourishing bloodand coordinating heart-kidney on the basis of tonifyingthe kidney and replenishing essence. At the same time,the theory of yin-yang and five elements and meridian are applied flexibly to coordinate the relationship of different viscera,thereby promoting generation. It has certain guiding significance for clinical treatment of infertility. |
