| Abstract

| Professor CHEN Zhiqiang,who has engaged in the combination of Chinese and Westein medicine diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease clinical and scientific research for more than thirty years,is good at treating membranous nephropathy,especially using traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment. In his opinion,the pathogenesis of membranous nephropathy is "the spleen and kidney deficiency,blood stasis and wet muddy". He has proposed that the treatment should follow the basic principles of strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney,cleaning wet muddy and alleviating water retention,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals. He emphasizes the importance of strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney for vital qi,dredging sanjiao for cleaning wet muddy and removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals for eliminating blood stasis. The clinical treatment has good effects,and this article showed a medical case to prove the efficiency. |
