| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of senile vaginitis.[Methods] Sixty elderly vaginitis patients with kidney deficiency and dampness-heat type treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional nursing,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with holistic nursing intervention. The clinical efficacy,vaginal secretion pH,vaginal cleanliness,clinical symptom score and Beck Depression Inventory score (BDI-Ⅱ) were observed in the two groups.[Results] The total effective rate was 93.3% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 73.3% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The pH value of vaginal secretion,vaginal cleanliness,clinical symptom score and BDI-Ⅱ score were improved in both groups after treatment,and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with holistic nursing intervention in the treatment of senile vaginitis is significant,and holistic nursing intervention in the treatment is important. This method is worthy of popularization and application. |
