| [Objective] The research aimed at exploring the effect of BushenKangshuai tablet on perivascular adipose tissue (PVAT) inflammation of atherosclerosis model rabbit.[Methods] Male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,Bushen Kangshuai Tablets group and atorvastatin calcium group. High fat diet was used to replicate the atherosclerosis model. After 4 weeks of high-fat feeding,Bushen Kangshuai Tablets was given to the Bushen Kangshuai Tablets group,atorvastatin calcium was given to the atorvastatin group. After 8 weeks of continuous intervention,samples were collected. Retain the thoracic aorta with PVAT,one part using HE staining to observe the histopathological changes of aorta and PVAT,another using immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of the aorta and PVAT organization leptin,TNF-α,MMP-9 protein.[Results] Bushen Kangshuai Tablet could reduce the degree of intimal hyperplasia and decrease the ratio of intimal thickness. Reduce the infiltration of macrophages in PVAT tissue and reduce the diameter of fat cells. The expression areas of TNF-α,leptin and MMP-9 positive particles in aorta and PVAT were decreased.[Conclusion] Bushen Kangshuai Tablets has inhibitory effect on theexpression of perivascular adipose tissue inflammation in atherosclerosis model. |
