Abstract
|
ZHANG Zhongjing's theory of epidemic diseases can be found in Treatise on Febrile Diseases:Cases of Typhoid Febrile Diseases,Treatise on Febrile Diseases:Method of Pulse Differentiation, and Wenbing Jingwei:Zhongjing Epidemic Diseases. Before the Song Dynasty, many doctors summarized ZHANG Zhongjing's thought of spreading and changing the six meridians of epidemic diseases from the perspective of cold epidemic. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the epidemiologist WANG Mengying put forward ZHANG Zhongjing's theory on the spread of the triple energizer from the perspective of "the mixture of epidemic and pathogenic factors, unable to distinguish between the clear and the turbid, and the confusion of triple energizer". ZHANG Zhongjing's theory of epidemic diseases is excavated, and the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) and prescription, syndrome differentiation and treatment methods are discussed from the perspectives of six meridians syndrome differentiation,wei-qi-ying-blood syndrome differentiation and triple energizer syndrome differentiation,so as to provide corresponding theoretical guidance for the prevention and treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia. |
