Abstract
|
[Objective] Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (V2.0) software,to explore the law of acupoint selection for the treatment of children diarrhea by disease differentiation and massage.[Methods] Based on the data collected from CNKI database,Wanfang database and Chongqing VIP database from 1979 to 2019,this paper analyzes the law of acupoint selection for the treatment of children diarrhea by disease differentiation and massage in the past 40 years by using the software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (V2.0) and data mining methods such as rule analysis and improved mutual information method.[Results] There are 395 massage prescriptions for infantile diarrhea,involving 83 acupoints,21 common acupoints and 46 core acupoint combinations. Among high-frequency acupoints,infantile massage specific acupoints account for 66.67%,and the core combinations are Pijing,Qijiegu,Dachangjing,Fu,Guiwei,Jizhuxue.[Conclusion] Tuina for treating infantile diarrhea mainly focuses on the acupoints with the functions of invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness and regulating large intestine qi activity. The core acupoints are Pijing and Dachangjing. The recommended prescription are Pijing,Qijiegu,Dachangjing,Fu,Guiwei,Jizhuxue. |
