Abstract
|
Professor DING Zhiguo believed that the pathogenesis of subacute thyroiditis is mainly emotional distress and frustration, depression of the liver generates pathogenic fire, which indicates subjugation of earth by wood and results in the formation of phlegm. Re-sensitization of wind and heat exogenous, easy to mix with the phlegm condenses to the neck. The principle of the treatment should be clearing liver and strengthening spleen at first. Heat-clearing and invigorating therapy also should be focused simultaneously. Professor DING drafts a decoction of "clearing liver-fire and strengthening spleen" to adjust the balance of viscera and yin and yang, and maintain the homeostasis of the internal environment. |
