Abstract

Professor WANG Jingui pays prudent attention to pathogenesis for clinic treatment,determines etiologic factors based on differentiation,and combines disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation to guide clinical medication. Now one proved case of Professor WANG Jingui for treatment of spasmodic torticollis is analyzed. It was based on synthesis of the four diagnostic methods and syndrome differentiation and treatment with the syndrome differentiation of liver depression and spleen deficiency,the wind-phlegm blocking type. The symptoms were relieved by calming liver wind and reducing phlegm,while the disease was cured by soothing liver and strengthening spleen. Dingxian Pills and Yueju Pills were taken for improving the success. The pathogenesis was correctly judged,and the therapeutic effect was exactly fine. The case is worth for thorough study. |
