Abstract
Endocrine therapy is an important method for the treatment of prostate cancer, with definite clinical effect, but in practical application, the adverse effects caused by endocrine therapy cannot be ignored. Due to the sudden decrease of androgen level,a series of discomfort symptoms of androgen deficiency syndrome, such as fever, sweating, skin flushing, fatigue, breast development, vexation, osteoporosis, hypomnesis, lack of concentration, etc.,fall into the category of partial androgen deficiency syndrome. Western medicine treatment mainly adopts the method of supplementing testosterone for patients, and the diseases suffered by prostate cancer patients decide that androgen replacement therapy cannot be applied to treat androgen deficiency syndrome. The cooperation of traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the adverse reactions of western medicine treatment, improve the quality of life, and play the role of reducing toxicity without reducing effect, highlighting the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, starting from partial androgen deficiency syndrome after endocrine therapy, this article discusses the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in improving adverse reactions of endocrine therapy.
